Kids Worship Dance

Service Description

6 Week Session Dates: April 13, 20, 27 + May 4, 18, 25 (Note- there will be no class on May 11) Does your child love to express herself through dance? Does your child jam to worship songs? Join for this fun kids worship dance class! Incorporating a variety of ballet, lyrical, jazz + hip hop. We’ll kick off with dancing along to various Worship Dance videos each class. Then we’ll stretch and warm up. We’ll do some ballet barre work (at center floor), technique, across the floor- with basic turns, jazz chasse & padabures, learn combos and choreography. All music danced to will include positive messages and be mostly Christian songs. Sometimes we’ll also have time for freestyle or freeze dance. And we’ll finish with a cool down. Attire: Leotard or tight fitting breathable top. Leggings, tights, shorts, or dance skirts. Shoes: ballet, lyrical or jazz shoes. Hair up and out of face. Bring: waterbottle, yoga mat for warm ups. *masks and faceshields if you like. (We will have kids sanitize before and after class.)
